What's The Process Like?

Initial Steps

  • Lock In Your Session. Just click here or click the Lock In Your Session button.

  • Once I receive your appointment, I will email you an Informed Consent form. Please read it carefully. It is required by law. If you have questions, contact me. You will sign and return the Informed Consent.

  • After I receive your signed Informed Consent, I will Venmo you an invoice. Service must be paid for prior to the appointment. I do not accept cash or a check.

Costs

  • The first appointment is the intake consultation and usually lasts from 60-90 minutes. The intake is $145. Each individual session thereafter is 60 minutes, $135. Brief sessions are 30 minutes, $70 and determined individually. There is a Venmo service fee for each session.

Where?

  • You can lock in your session for an in-person or, if you are local, for a virtual Zoom session. In-person and virtual sessions are held from my residence.

Insurance

  • I do not accept insurance. Please see the FAQ for further as to why I do not accept it. After a session, and upon request, I will email you a super bill. It is an itemized form that details services provided. You can submit the super bill to your insurance company for reimbursement.

And Sessions?

  • Each session is a cooperative process that moves through 3 basic stages: Exploration, Challenging, and Action. My role is not to fix you. My role is to help you help yourself take action on what matters most in your life.
